Terms of Service

By placing an order on kalakrutihastakala.shop, you agree to these terms. • All products are handmade. Photos are representative, and each piece may vary slightly in colour, texture and finish. • Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). They may change without notice, but you always pay the price shown at checkout. • All orders are prepaid by UPI, card or net banking. An order is confirmed only after full payment. • Custom and personalised orders begin once you confirm the details (name, text, colours). Please check spellings carefully, as we make the piece exactly as confirmed. • Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather or festivals are outside our control, but we'll keep you updated. • Our Shipping, Return & Refund and Privacy policies form part of these terms. For any questions, contact us on WhatsApp or by email.
